About Carlos Pareja

These are his words, as he writes them on every specimen he publishes.

55 years among minerals

«I have dedicated myself to mineralogy for 55 years, during which time I have carried out numerous mining operations.»

«Currently, my passion is photography, which I combine with mineral extraction.»

How he selects each specimen

«Each of the specimens I publish here has been personally selected by me to meet the expectations of the most demanding collectors.»

«I examine hundreds of minerals and choose only those that meet my rigorous quality criteria. I am very selective with the specimens I acquire.»
